VOLT Associés advised HR Path on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of ModusForce, a company specialising in consultancy services relating to Dayforce, Dayforce HCM, payroll and workforce management.

The VOLT Associés team comprised Stéphane Letranchant (partner), Jean-Baptiste Afchain and Pierre-Baptiste Godon (associates), who handled the corporate and tax aspects of the transaction.

VOLT Associés acted as counsel to BNP Paribas, Crédit Lyonnais et Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance de Midi Pyrénées in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Sotralu, a recognized provider of accessories for aluminium carpentries, by Andera Partners.
